SHORT RIBS AS A JUICY-CRISPY PLEASURE

Extremely marbled, the short ribs are ideal for smocking 🔥. Due to the small thickness, the ribs are already ready after 2-3 hours. Alternatively, the actual "braised meat" can also be sliced thinly and grilled short and crispy. This is also our recommendation.


You will need the following ingredients for 3 people:

  • 1,000g Wagyu Short Ribs (Boneless) ➡ available in the online store
  • Salt flakes ➡ available  in the online store

Instead of smocking the Short Ribs as usual, we recommend grilling the Wagyu meat short and crispy. To do this, remove the meat from the bone and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Preheat the grill to direct heat (250 degrees) and grill the meat briefly on each side. After grilling, let rest briefly and serve with salt flakes.
