We ship our high-quality Wagyu meat in high-performance, sustainable insulated packaging. This ensures an uninterrupted cold chain until delivery. The goods are carefully packed with cooling elements or dry ice. After receipt, the frozen products can continue to be stored frozen.
CO2-neutral shipping
We take particular care not to produce any unnecessary waste during shipping. Far too often, polystyrene is used as insulation. Here we have found a sustainable, resource-saving alternative with straw packaging and the use of dry ice. The packaging is biodegradable and hygienically controlled.

100% green energy - without compromise. Our Wagyu meat is delivered to your home in a truly sustainable way and always well chilled. The thick-walled straw cladding, reusable cooling batteries and dry ice ensure an uninterrupted cold chain until delivery. There is also very little packaging waste.
Express shipping costs Germany
Due to our sustainable packaging and express shipping, we charge shipping costs of 29.90€ for purchases up to 99.99€.
Up to a purchase value of 198.99€ we charge 12.90€ for shipping.
From 199€ purchase value shipping is free of charge.
UPS Express shipping costs European Union (EU)
Due to our sustainable packaging and express shipping, we charge shipping costs of 39.90€ for purchases up to 99.99€.
We ship to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and Sweden. Up to a purchase value of 298.99€ we charge 19.90€ shipping costs.
From 299€ purchase value shipping is free.

Our Wagyu steaks are freshly cut, individually vacuum-packed and only dispatched after shock freezing. They are shipped by express in sustainable straw boxes with cold packs and rock ice.
All orders received by 12 noon on Wednesdays will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on Thursday. Alternatively, you can also select the appropriate calendar week for your delivery in the checkout.
For orders with UPS Express, a time window of 08:00 - 12:00 applies in Germany. For DHL Express and Europe-wide shipping until the end of the working day. Please always make sure that someone can accept our parcel during these delivery times.
The shipping confirmation, which is sent by e-mail, contains a tracking number for the shipment with a link. You can use the link to call up the current status of your parcel.
The product can be kept frozen for at least 6 months. The exact best-before date can be found on the label on the product.
No shipping costs are charged for the standard shipping of vouchers.
