WAGYU NACHO BURGER

Chili cheese nacho burgers for home. The slightly spicy chili cheese sauce is quick to prepare, and the nachos provide a delicious crunch.

Ingredients for 6 burgers

6 Wagyu burger patties, available in a set
6 Burger buns, available in a set
1 package Nachos
1 tbsp butter
10 g Flour
150 ml Milk
100 g Cheddar
4 E pickled jalapenos
0.5 tsp sweet paprika
to taste Wagyu fat
to taste Salt & pepper

This recipe combines the best of both worlds: the unique roasted aromas of a Wagyu patty combined with crispy nacho chips.

  1. First, prepare the chili cheese sauce. To do this, warm the butter in a saucepan until melted. Then add the flour and whisk it in. Next, deglaze with the milk and stir well. Once the milk is hot, coarsely grate the cheddar cheese and melt it into the milk. Drain the jalapeños well, slice them thinly, and add them to the sauce. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Keep the sauce warm, stirring occasionally.
  2. Now prepare the burgers . Halve the buns and brush all cut surfaces with Wagyu fat . Preheat the grill and toast the bun halves cut-side down. Then set them aside. Grill the bacon slices on both sides until nice and crispy. Next, grill the Wagyu patties for about 3 minutes on each side, being careful not to burn them. A lot of fat will drip from the delicious Wagyu patties, which will ignite and create a delicious roasted flavor. After grilling, let the patties rest for about 2 minutes near the heat so they are cooked to a medium doneness in the center.
  3. Now you can assemble the burger. Spread the chili-cheese sauce on the bottom half of each bun and add a generous handful of nachos. Then place the patty on top, followed by three slices of bacon. Finish with the top half of the bun.
