WAGYU SAUERLAND BURGER

The best burger we have ever tasted! The grilled apple sauce, caramelized onions and spelt buns go perfectly with the unique taste of the Wagyu patties!

You will need the following ingredients for 6 burgers:

  • 6 x 180 g Wagyu Burger Patties
  • 6 buns
  • Roasted Apple Grill Sauce
  • Onion Jam

You will also need:

  • 1 scoop of buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • Salad


Take the burger patties out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours before preparing, they are best prepared at room temperature. Preheat the grill or pan to the highest possible temperature. When the temperature is reached, the patties can be grilled for 90-120 seconds.

Turn the patties and spread the mozzarella on the grilled side. After another 90 seconds, the patties are done. Tip: Let the cut surfaces of the burger buns toast a bit in the wagyu fat on the grill.

Now the wagyu burger is ready to be assembled! On the bottom slice of the burger bun put the Roasted Apple Grill Sauce and some lettuce, we recommend arugula or lamb's lettuce. Now follow the burger pattie with the melted mozzarella and the onion chutney.

Finally, place the top half of the burger bun (optionally with some more lettuce) and you're done!
